We are a group of creatives, tastemakers, strategists, developers, producers and printers with the right mix of experience and entrepreneurial spirit. Our creative team will make your solution both beautiful and functional.

Dean DiMascio
Began Impact Production in 1996. A self-taught graphic designer with a little help from Art Center in Pasadena, Dean has evolved from a traditional designer to small business owner. Managing a staff of 10 designers and juggling Impact’s day-to-day operations has become Dean’s role. His more than 18 years of experience in print production enables him to offer direction on all aspects of design & printing. Dean is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Economics.
Michelle Hipschen
Michelle is our resident confisier. She studied Art History and Conservation at the International School of Art in Italy and the Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Her travels eventually led her to Impact Production after several years as Chief Creative Director and Executive Pastry Chef of FoodArt Restaurant Group in Los Angeles. Michelle spends her free time tinkering with her 1970 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty guitar and playing with her Doberman Pinscher.
Dani Hart
Dani, a South Bay native, earned her B.S. degree in Child Development and M.S.Ed in Deaf Education and has taught many years at John Tracy Clinic in Los Angeles. Dani always had an eye for creative design and decor, leading her to take online courses in design and web for fun; which landed her at Impact Production. She spends most of her free time paddling along the Pacific Ocean, lifting tractor tires at her local gym, and taking daily walks with her new Chocolate Lab puppy, Koa.
Bryan Muller
Equally adept with a calculator as an X-acto knife, Bryan is a man with many talents. Trading in his suit and tie to join to Impact team in 2009, Bryan is Impact’s superstar bookkeeper and the resident grill master at our potluck lunches. This Tampa native spends his free time off the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean surfing and keeping tabs on his home team, the Tampa Bay Rays.
Dillon Huber
A master in the art of watching TV, Dillon grew up in a small mystical village called Eureka, where he learned to play guitar and be sort of good at snowboarding. At the tender age of 18, he ventured southbound to Long Beach and fulfilled his destiny as a CSULB graduate and fast food connoisseur. Nowadays, Dillon finds serenity in getting nostalgic over eras he hasn’t lived in, and working at Impact Production – where he can often be found Photoshopping and video editing his way to greatness.
Taleen Bedikian
Originally from SoCal, Taleen made her way up the coast to study Graphic Design. After graduating from USF and Academy of Art in San Francisco, she drifted back to the South Bay and worked at leading design firms specializing in corporate identity, packaging and interactive design. She now brings years of experience and her love of design to Impact. In her free time, you can find her at home painting and “making things”, squeezing in a yoga class, and hanging out with her kids and husband.
Ricky Lytle
Ricky Lytle may be the youngest member of our team, but he is an old soul. When he doesn’t have his hands full with Impact’s printing and production, you’ll most likely find him partaking in the fine art of canyon carving through Malibu on his custom Harley Sportster 1200.
Stacy Forbes-Dale
Stacy manages client contracts, accounts and internal business processes. With a background in design, she communicates easily with clients and the creative team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Stacy enjoys researching the latest design tools and new technologies. When Stacy is not in the studio you can find her at the beach, trying a new recipe or watching her beloved San Francisco Giants. Design Degree from California State University of Long Beach.
Lindsey M. Muir
Lindsey is a multidisciplinary conceptual designer who knows what it takes to tell a compelling story across all mediums. Lindsey holds a MFA in graphic design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and her BFA from the University of Connecticut. When she isn’t designing, you can find her scuba diving with her husband off the coast of southern California or spending time with her daughter. Lindsey’s current favorite color is pantone 7688C.
Kristen Stone
Growing up, Kristen was resolute in pursuing a career in Archaeology. Upon realizing that it wasn’t nearly as exciting as Indiana Jones made it seem, she switched over to another love of hers – design, which she ultimately received her degree in at CSULB. Spicy food connoisseur, Harry Potter aficionado, and crazy dog lady, Kristen spends her time playing beer pong with friends.
Impact Production has been a valuable and trusted partner; resulting in increased brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement, and significant market growth. Dean DiMascio and his team of dedicated professionals have served as an extension of my marketing team for years. The work product Impact produces is always on target, creatively positions the brand represented, and stimulates the desired response… Impact Production has a history of successfully building brands. They are strong advocates for their clients and I am sure that if chosen by your organization, they will prove to be a valuable partner to your firm as they have been to mine.

— Nancy Lecroy, Chief Marketing Officer, North Texas Specialty Physicians

Impact has provided full service work and is truly a company that never says “no.” They work tirelessly to get the work done, on time and in perfect order. Impact is fully aware of their expertise and capacity and on the rare occasion when something falls outside of their in-house capacity, they communicate the alternatives and go outside the scope to ensure completion… A review of their work and satisfied clients will reveal a great local company with incredible production capacity. Creative, honest, hard working, upbeat and professional are all descriptive of my experiences working with Impact Production.
— Bill Doak, 1st Vice President, Hotel Group
